Where is my Order Confirmation Email?

  • When using our system, you will receive many order processing emails from us from the moment you create your account until your order is shipped.  If our emails do not show up in your Inbox, check your SPAM folder.  Please mark our emails as NOT-SPAM, and be sure to add our email address to your trusted list.  If you do not find our emails in your SPAM folder, make sure your mailbox is not full.  If you still cannot find our emails, try logging in to your account in our system with the email address you created your account with.  If you cannot log in, it is possible you entered your email address incorrectly when you created your account.  Contact Us to verify your email address.

How long does it take to get my order?

  • Our turnaround time in most cases is 3-4 business days. During heavy seasonal activity (Valentine's/Mother's/Father's Day & Christmas), we may take up to 7 business days. Production time does not include Shipping time.
  • Depending on the shipping method you chose, it will take 2-5 business days to be received (within the U.S.).  We ship from Salem, New Hampshire.

What are the image requirements?

  • We accept the following types of image files:  ai, eps, jpg, pdf, png, psd, tif, up to 10MBs.
  • Images that don't meet size or quality requirements will place your order in Customer Service status and we will email you for additional information.

How do I pay for my order?

  • We use PayPal's Secure Credit Card Processing.  In the last step of checkout, you will be taken to PayPal's Secure Servers to pay for your order.  You can pay by Credit Card, or with a PayPal account if you have one.
  • All payment processing is handled on PayPal's Secure Servers.  PhotoPlayingCardStore.com does not collect or store any credit card information.
