Shipping delays after your order has shipped are beyond our control and there is nothing we can do once shipped. Please use your tracking# and contact the carrier if you experience delays.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and viewing your Order History. Additionally, you will receive order status update emails while we produce your order. You will receive a shipment email with tracking # when your order is complete.
If you have not received an Order Confirmation email from us after placing your order, please check your SPAM folder. Make sure to mark our email as NOT-SPAM, and be sure to add our email address to your trusted list.
